摘要:主要介紹了全數(shù)字式交流伺服電機(jī)在萬能材料試驗(yàn)機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用,并給出了將松下MINAS A系列伺服電機(jī)用于5噸材料試驗(yàn)機(jī)的例子。分析了試驗(yàn)機(jī)復(fù)雜加載模式實(shí)現(xiàn)的硬件組成和軟件設(shè)計(jì),整個(gè)控制系統(tǒng)基于研華數(shù)據(jù)采集卡,應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)軟件則由LabVIEW進(jìn)行編制,文章著重介紹了應(yīng)用軟件中的控制伺服電機(jī)的軟件模塊的功能、設(shè)計(jì)方法,以及實(shí)現(xiàn)策略。通過項(xiàng)目實(shí)施,證明這種設(shè)計(jì)具有直觀、使用簡單等特點(diǎn),是切實(shí)可行的。

Research on motor controlling technique of universal material testing machine

Abstract: This paper introduced how to use digital AC servo motor in the universal material testing machine, and give an example of applying MINAS A serial servo motor to 5 tons material testing machine. It explained hardware and software application design in complex load mode. The controlling system was based on Advantech DAQ card and programmed in LabVIEW. The paper emphasized on the function, design method and strategy of servo motor controlling software module. It proves that this design is simple and feasible.
