氣動(dòng)ABS壓力調(diào)節(jié)器動(dòng)態(tài)性能測(cè)試系統(tǒng)研究

摘 要:闡述氣動(dòng)ABS壓力調(diào)節(jié)器的工作原理及其在汽車氣制動(dòng)過(guò)程中的作用,從而引出氣動(dòng)ABS壓力調(diào)節(jié)器的參數(shù)測(cè)試要求。針對(duì)ABS壓力調(diào)節(jié)器的基本參數(shù)要求,提出氣動(dòng)ABS壓力調(diào)節(jié)器動(dòng)態(tài)性能測(cè)試方法,研究測(cè)試系統(tǒng)的具體實(shí)現(xiàn)方案,設(shè)計(jì)工控機(jī)、電磁閥驅(qū)動(dòng)電路、傳感器、壓力產(chǎn)生裝置、數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)、制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)和排氣系統(tǒng)等主要單元,在實(shí)驗(yàn)室實(shí)現(xiàn)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的組裝并搭建控制和測(cè)試平臺(tái)。實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)表明:該系統(tǒng)具有較高的可靠性,在氣壓范圍為0~12 MPa的條件下,氣壓測(cè)量準(zhǔn)確度,測(cè)試精度高,穩(wěn)定性好。

Research of dynamic performance testing system for pneumatic
ABS pressure regulators

Abstract: Working principle of the pneumatic ABS pressure regulators and the role it plays in the car air braking process were described in this paper, so as to elicit the requirements of the parameters in the test of the pneumatic ABS pressure regulators. For the basic parameters, the test method of the dynamic performance was put forward for the pneumatic ABS pressure regulators, and the specific implementation of the testing system was also researched. The authors mainly designed the industrial computer, the drive circuit of the electromagnetic valve, sensors, pressure generation device, data acquisition system, braking system and exhaust system and other units. The whole system was assembled in the laboratory, and the control and test platform were established for it. The experimental results showed that this system has high reliability, accuracy, good stability and low cost. And the precision of measurable pressure was high in the range of 0-12 MPa.
