摘 要:利用CN-誘導(dǎo)的邁克爾加成反應(yīng)阻斷探針的分子內(nèi)電荷轉(zhuǎn)移過(guò)程(ICT),成功設(shè)計(jì)合成一種新型的熒光比率型CN-熒光探針。該探針對(duì)CN-具有顯著的熒光比率響應(yīng),其熒光光譜藍(lán)移128 nm。相對(duì)于其他干擾離子,探針對(duì)CN-具有較高的選擇性和專一性。通過(guò)以上實(shí)驗(yàn)為監(jiān)測(cè)CN-濃度提供一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單有效并具有較高靈敏度的分析方法。

Synthesis and application of ratiometric fluorescent probe for CN- determination

Abstract: It reports a new type of CN- fluorescence ratiometric fluorescent probe by using the CN- induced Michael addition reaction to block intermolecular charge transfer process(ICT). The probe displayed remarkable fluorescence ratio towards CN-. With the addition of CN-, the fluorescence spectrum of the probe blue shifted by 128 nm. The probe exhibited high selectivity and sensitivity towards CN- over other interfering ions. based on the result, it provides a simple, effective and high sensitivity analysis method for monitoring the concentration of CN-.
