摘 要：該文以發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)耐久性試驗(yàn)為依據(jù)，對(duì)某新型發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)性能進(jìn)行分析評(píng)價(jià)。參照相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，對(duì)某新開(kāi)發(fā)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)進(jìn)行600 h耐久性試驗(yàn)，通過(guò)對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)功率、扭矩、油耗、活塞漏氣量、缸壓、機(jī)油消耗量以及零部件損傷等數(shù)據(jù)的測(cè)試，來(lái)分析該型發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)動(dòng)力性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性、密閉性以及可靠性等性能的變化情況及規(guī)律。通過(guò)測(cè)試分析，最終評(píng)定該新開(kāi)發(fā)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)各項(xiàng)性能良好，達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)用要求，為發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)定型試驗(yàn)分析及后續(xù)同系列發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)提供參考依據(jù)。

Performance test and analysis of the newly developed engine

Abstract: The durability test has been conducted to evaluate the performance of a newly developed engine. According to relative standards， a 600 h durability test has been implemented to examine the power， torque， fuel consumption， piston leakage， cylinder pressure， oil consumption and parts damage. The test data have been used to analyze the changing state and regularity of dynamic， economic， airtight and reliable performance. The durability test indicates that new engine can meet the design and practical requirements. It has provided reference data for engine approval test and follow-up improvement of the same series.
