滾動(dòng)軸承試驗(yàn)機(jī)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與應(yīng)用
摘 要:利用虛擬儀器、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)和無(wú)線網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)基于C/S與B/S混合結(jié)構(gòu)的滾動(dòng)軸承遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng),整個(gè)系統(tǒng)由下位機(jī)實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)子系統(tǒng)、上位機(jī)監(jiān)測(cè)診斷子系統(tǒng)以及兩者的數(shù)據(jù)通信3部分組成,能夠滿足實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)的獲取與處理(尤其是大型二進(jìn)制數(shù)據(jù)的存儲(chǔ)問(wèn)題)、異常數(shù)據(jù)的篩選與上傳以及遠(yuǎn)程用戶的信號(hào)分析和故障診斷等工作。對(duì)6309深溝球軸承的全壽命周期試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:該系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)崟r(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)軸承的運(yùn)行狀態(tài),并通過(guò)對(duì)篩選后的異常數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)一步分析得到故障原因和故障部位,具有較高的實(shí)用價(jià)值。

Design and application of remote monitoring system of rolling bearing tester

Abstract: A remote monitoring system of rolling bearing using the virtual instrument, database and wireless network technology was developed which has a composite structure based on C/S and B/S structure .The system consists of three parts: data acquisition-side, monitoring and diagnosis-side, and data communication. It can realize the real-time data acquisition and processing, the abnormal data screening and uploading as well as signal analysis and fault diagnosis by the remote users. The life-cycle test of deep groove ball bearing-6309 shows that the system can implement the real-time monitoring of the test bearing and find out the fault's cause and position through further analysis of abnormal data. This system is of pratical value.
