摘要:應(yīng)用虛擬儀器技術(shù)進(jìn)行破碎設(shè)備在線監(jiān)測(cè)與故障診斷,并用網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸和遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)。利用NI公司提供的G web Server實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)監(jiān)測(cè)顯示面板的網(wǎng)頁(yè)發(fā)布,利用Datasocket技術(shù)快速實(shí)現(xiàn)監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸。LabVIEW和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的結(jié)合可以方便客戶獲取檢測(cè)圖像和檢測(cè)結(jié)果。本系統(tǒng)在對(duì)破碎設(shè)備主要性能參數(shù)(如破碎機(jī)水平軸扭矩,振動(dòng),速度,間隙,溫度,壓力,流量等)的在線檢測(cè)和遠(yuǎn)程故障診斷上均取得了較好的效果。

Net-based crusher system online state monitoring and fault diagnosis system

Abstract: A development module of network-based virtual instrument technology was used for online monitoring and fault diagnosis of HP700 crusher-screen-belt conveyor system. G web server provided by NI company helped to achieve the web issue of crusher system monitoring front panel. Meanwhile Datasocket technology helped to achieve data transfer through internet/intranet. Labview and web technology were combined to realize the remote fault diagnosis. The system has been proved to be quite effective in online performance examination of crusher system,such astorque; vibration; speed; clearance; temperature; pressure; flux and etc.
