摘要:隨著測(cè)試技術(shù)的不斷數(shù)字化、智能化和計(jì)算機(jī)化,振動(dòng)傳感器成為振動(dòng)測(cè)試中的關(guān)鍵因素,一般可選擇加速度來(lái)測(cè)量振動(dòng)。本文以某一型號(hào)的測(cè)振儀為被測(cè)對(duì)象,選用比較法中頻振動(dòng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)裝置,在一定的環(huán)境條件下,對(duì)參考頻率和參考加速度下的示值進(jìn)行測(cè)量,并對(duì)振動(dòng)傳感器加速度的示值誤差測(cè)量結(jié)果的不確定度進(jìn)行分析和評(píng)定。

Evaluation of measurement uncertainty of vibration acceleration sensor

Abstract: Along with test technology development, digitization and intellectualization, vibration sensor becomes the key factor in the vibration test. Acceleration test often is used in vibration test. Taking middle-range frequency standard equipment for comparison as example, this article discussed measurement of acceleration and evaluation of measurement uncertainty in the test.
