摘 要：汽車(chē)起重機(jī)臂梁在長(zhǎng)期的使用過(guò)程中，受交變負(fù)荷、壓力等載荷作用，疲勞破壞導(dǎo)致各種缺陷，使其安全性下降。傳統(tǒng)的無(wú)損檢測(cè)方法費(fèi)時(shí)、費(fèi)力，而且在汽車(chē)起重機(jī)臂梁的檢測(cè)中難于施行。聲發(fā)射檢測(cè)可以預(yù)測(cè)到由未知不連續(xù)活動(dòng)缺陷引起系統(tǒng)的災(zāi)難性失效，通過(guò)加載、放置探頭在起重機(jī)臂梁上，可對(duì)其整體進(jìn)行快速的探傷檢測(cè)。重點(diǎn)分析了汽車(chē)起重機(jī)臂梁現(xiàn)狀，以及將聲發(fā)射檢技術(shù)應(yīng)用于QY8C汽車(chē)起重機(jī)臂梁檢測(cè)的方法及其試驗(yàn)結(jié)果，并指出在汽車(chē)起重機(jī)臂梁聲發(fā)射檢測(cè)存在的問(wèn)題。

Application of acoustic emission testing technology in truck crane girder detection

Abstract： Many defects of truck crane girder caused by fatigue damage and bearing such as metabolic load, stress, et al. Were produced during long-term working, which would make the security of it reduced. Because those traditional nondestructive testing methods were time-consuming, laborious and difficult to apply on truck crane girder testing some totally new methods were needed. Acoustic emission testing technology could detect system catastrophic failure caused by unknown and discontinuous active defects, so whole flaw detection could be completed rapidly by loading and placing detector on the girder of truck crane. Statuses of truck crane girders, method plus testing results for applying acoustic emission testing techology to QY8C truck crane girder detection were focused on, and some problems of this technology were discussed too.
