摘 要:提出了在萬能工具顯微鏡上采用坐標平移和旋轉(zhuǎn)的“旋轉(zhuǎn)法”代替“弓高弦長法”在圓弧輪廓上進行均勻、多次選點,測量大半徑短圓弧樣板。簡要介紹了“旋轉(zhuǎn)法”的原理、測量方法,并應(yīng)用“旋轉(zhuǎn)法”實例測量進行誤差分析,從而驗證了“旋轉(zhuǎn)法”能減小形狀誤差對測量半徑精度的影響,也優(yōu)于“弓高弦長法”的測量精度,是具體測量大半徑圓弧樣板活動中的一個實用方法。 關(guān)鍵詞:坐標平移旋轉(zhuǎn);大半徑短圓弧樣板;測量及計算;萬能工具顯微鏡 中圖分類號:TH821 文獻標識碼:A 文章編號:1672-4984(2007)04-0056-04 Revolving measurement of large radius arc template LIU Shu-lin1, WU Chang-yan2, LI Jian-chuan3 (1.No.26 Institute of China Electronics Technology Collective Corporation,Chongqing 400060,China; 2.Dajiang Industry Group,Chongqing 400060,China; 3.National Institute of Measarement and Festing Technology,Chengdu 610061 China) Abstract: Taking the place of bowstring measuring, revolving method which realizes measurement through translating and revolving of coordinates on universal tool maker’s microscope can be used to measure large radius short arc template by selecting the measuring point along the arc uniformly and repeatedly. Principle, procedure and error analysis example of revolving method were briefly introduced. Those results showed effects of precision in measuring arc radius from form error could be reduced, and the precision of this method was much better than that of bowstring method. Thus, revolving method is an idea choice for measuring large radius arc template.
