  • 基于IEC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)組聲發(fā)射評(píng)估方法

     

    摘  要:研究了基于IEC 61400-11測(cè)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn),確保風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)組聲學(xué)噪聲評(píng)估過(guò)程準(zhǔn)確、可重復(fù)的聲學(xué)測(cè)試分析方法,如風(fēng)速的測(cè)量與轉(zhuǎn)換、1/3倍頻程分析的背景噪聲修正、整風(fēng)速下的聲壓級(jí)等;推導(dǎo)了適用于工程實(shí)踐的由聲壓級(jí)估算聲功率級(jí)的計(jì)算公式;并詳細(xì)分析了基于窄帶譜與心理聲學(xué)的音調(diào)及能聽度的計(jì)算過(guò)程。對(duì)基于上述原理所開發(fā)的測(cè)量評(píng)估系統(tǒng)于2007年7月在新疆達(dá)坂城2號(hào)風(fēng)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了為期三周的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)驗(yàn)證性試驗(yàn),各模塊的分析精度與頻響范圍均達(dá)到IEC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)1級(jí)儀器的要求,所有指標(biāo)的評(píng)估結(jié)果均與MEASNET成員單位所做結(jié)論保持一致。

    Acoustic emission assessment of wind turbines based on IEC standard

    Abstract: A novel measurement and analysis methods of noise emission assessments and verifications for the wind turbine generator system, which complies with specification IEC 61400-11, were investigated. Wind speed measurement and conversion, background correction for 1/3 octave analysis, and sound pressure levels at the integer wind speed which was recommended to ensure the consistency and accuracy of this procedure were included. A practical calculation formula for the sound power level measurement of wind turbine was induced from the sound pressure level. The tonality calculation and audibility calculation were analyzed in detail based on narrowband analyses and psychoacoustics. Experiments had been carried out in Xinjiang Dabancheng No.2 Wind Farm during July 2007 in order to validate the performances of the assessment system which was developed according to the above. The analysis precision and power responding range for each module of this system were satisifed with IEC requirements for type 1 instrument. And every assessment result of each indictor was in accord with that given by MEASENT member.
